This product is intended solely for educational and analytical purposes. While it may assist users in automating trading strategies, it does not guarantee specific financial returns, profits, or outcomes. Results may vary significantly depending on broker conditions, market volatility, account settings, and user configurations.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To use this website and purchase the product, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of accessing the platform.

  • You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  • The EA may be activated on only one MetaTrader 4 account, based on the account number provided by the customer at the time of or immediately after purchase.

  • The license cannot be transferred to another user or account without prior written consent from FXRocketEA.com.

  • Redistribution, resale, duplication, or unauthorized sharing of the EA, its source code, compiled files, or any modified version is strictly prohibited.

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code from the compiled EA file is also prohibited.

  • Any violation of these license terms will result in immediate license termination without notice and without refund, and may be subject to legal action.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product being a digitally delivered software file, FXRocketEA.com follows a strict refund policy.

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The EA is not functioning as described or is entirely non-operational.

  • The customer reports the issue within seven (7) calendar days of the date of purchase.

  • The customer provides all necessary information and cooperates with the support team to attempt resolution.

  • The support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The EA does not perform as expected due to poor market conditions or personal trading decisions.

  • The product is incompatible with the customer’s broker or trading environment.

  • The customer fails to follow the setup instructions properly.

  • The customer provides incorrect MetaTrader 4 account details for activation.

  • The customer requests a refund beyond the 7-day refund period.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@fxrocketea.com and include the order number, MT4 account number, and a detailed description of the issue.

6. Risk Disclosure

Forex trading involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to purchase and use FXRocket EA, you should carefully consider your objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

By using FXRocket EA, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are fully aware of the financial risks associated with forex trading.

  • You understand that past performance does not guarantee future results.

  • You are solely responsible for the use and outcomes of the EA on your trading account.

  • FXRocketEA.com does not accept any liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, or account drawdowns resulting from the use or misuse of the product.

You agree that the use of the EA is entirely at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of any part of the EA or its contents constitutes a violation of international copyright and software protection laws and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
